Oulala fan at the Broad Ripple Farmers Market in Indianapolis

One of My Favorite Parts of the Broad Ripple Farmers Market

One of the most enjoyable parts of being at the Broad Ripple Farmers Market in the Broad Ripple Cultural District in Indianapolis is the exchange I get to have with customers. Of course, I love introducing people to Oulala and seeing their reaction when they taste it, but what makes the experience truly special is the conversation.

Sometimes people share what is happening in their personal lives. Sometimes they tell me how they have been using Oulala at home. And sometimes they surprise me with their own recipes and food traditions. Those moments remind me that food does more than nourish us. It connects us.

Recently, one customer brought me homemade pesto made from a traditional Italian recipe from his hometown. I tried it on sourdough bread, and it was absolutely amazing. That simple gift turned into inspiration in my own kitchen.

I later tried the recipe below using Oulala, and I was so happy with the result that I wanted to share it with the Oulala community. I hope it inspires you to try something new and maybe even share your own creations with us.
