Protein Packed Spicy Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oulala Creamy Spicy Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or soy milk

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until homogeneous. Transfer to a glass and enjoy immediately.
