Everything you wanted to know about experiencing the Taste of Haiti in Every Jar.
What is OULALA?
OULALA is Haitian-inspired peanut butter (manba): rich roasted peanuts with a touch of hot pepper—made to enjoy as a spread, sauce, dip, or drizzle.
What is “manba”?
Manba is Haitian-style peanut butter traditionally enjoyed at home, at school, and with family gatherings. OULALA brings that experience to modern kitchens.
Why is there oil on top?
Natural oil separation is normal. OULALA is made without stabilizers or added oils. Stir to mix and enjoy—this is a sign of a clean, natural nut butter.
Is it very spicy?
We offer different heat levels (Classic, Spicy, Extra Spicy). The spice builds gently—many people feel it fully after a few seconds.
What ingredients are in it?
Dry-roasted peanuts, organic cane sugar, sea salt, and hot pepper. (May contain traces of other nuts.)
How do I use it?
How should I store it?
Store in a cool, dry place. Stir after opening. For a firmer texture and slower separation, refrigerate after opening.
Is it vegan / gluten-free?
OULALA is vegan and gluten-free (always check the label for the latest allergen and facility information).
Where can I buy OULALA?
Online at oulalafood.com and at select retailers. Ask your store to carry OULALA — or find a retailer on our website.
